The Promotion begins on or about November 11, 2019 at 12:00 P.M. Central Time ("CT") and ends on November 22, 2019 at 12:00 P.M. CT
The DIPPIN' DOTS CHEERS TO YOU Promotion (the "Promotion") is open only to individuals who, at the time of entry, are at least thirteen (13) years old and are legal residents of one of the fifty (50) United States (including the District of Columbia), except that the Promotion is void and not available to residents of Guam, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and other U.S. territories and possessions, overseas military installations and where prohibited by law.
Limit of one entry per Internet protocol address per day
On or about November 25, 2019 at 12:00 P.M. CT, three (3) employees of Sponsor shall select the one (1) potentially winning entry from all valid entries submitted during the Promotion Period, said selection to be based upon the following criteria: Specificity of submission (60%), Nominated Individual's attributes as described in submission (40%).
Grand Prize
ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE is available, consisting of: (i) a trip for the winner of the Grand Prize and up to one (1) guest which includes only the following:
TICKETS: 2 tickets to iHeartRadio's Jingle Ball 2019 in New York City, held on December 13, 2019.
ROUNDTRIP AIRFARE: Roundtrip, coach-class air transportation for Prize Winner, as defined herein, and up to one (1) guest from a United States gateway airport closest to the Prize Winner's home (as determined by Sponsor or the person/entity arranging travel for Sponsor in its sole discretion) to New York City, New York.
HOTEL: Two (2) nights hotel accommodations in a quad-occupancy room at the hotel of the Sponsor's choice in New York City, New York. If winner of the Grand Prize, meaning the Nominated Individual in the potentially winning entry, is under the age of twenty-five (25), a parent or legal guardian of the winner of the Grand Prize of at least twenty-five (25) years of age must accept the Grand Prize on the Prize Winner's behalf and must be an accompanying guest on Prize Winner's trip. Should the Prize Winner elect to partake in any or all portions of his/her Grand Prize with fewer than one (1) guest or no guest, the portions of the Prize otherwise available if Prize Winner had included additional guests shall go unawarded, shall be forfeited and no alternative prize or compensation of any kind shall be awarded for such unawarded and forfeited prize elements and shall not be subject to further or alternative compensation.
Airfare is excluded from the Grand Prize if Prize Winner resides within one hundred (100) miles of New York City, New York and no substitute prize will be awarded. Hotel accommodations included in the Grand Prize are for up to two (2) adults all sharing a room, for which purposes a child is considered an individual younger than sixteen (16) years of age; a valid credit or debit card will be required to guarantee Prize Winner's room on check in; Grand Prize does not include travel to and from the domestic airport, personal expenses, incidentals, or food and drink unless otherwise stated; all elements of the Grand Prize are subject to availability; if unavailable, experiences and items of a similar nature and value may be offered at the discretion of Sponsor or person/entity providing Grand Prize on behalf of Sponsor; once confirmed, the Grand Prize cannot be amended or cancelled; all Prize elements must be redeemed at the same time during a single trip; Grand Prize is non-refundable and non-transferable; no cash alternative is available; all travelers will require valid photo ID approved for air travel; any necessary visas or insurance are the responsibility of Prize Winner and guests; travel is subject to availability at the time of booking, and trip cannot be taken over Christmas, New Year or public holidays in the United States; other travel restrictions and blackout dates may apply; all airline tickets are subject to the vagaries of flight variation, work stoppages, and schedule or route changes; Grand Prize is valid for December 12 through December 15, 2019, following the date of notification of winning, and all travel must be completed within that time. Prize Winner shall not receive cash or any other form of compensation if actual travel costs are less than the estimate made in these Official Rules. No airline miles will be awarded. The round trip air transportation element for Grand Prize begins and ends at the point of departure. Travel over holidays and other peak travel periods are restricted. This trip may not be sold. Airline tickets must be used on the carrier ticketed and cannot be used on any other airline. Prize Winner will be required to furnish his/her social security number for the sole purpose of preparation of any tax forms as required by law. Prize Winner will be issued an IRS Form 1099 for the ARV of his/her awarded Prize. Total Grand Prize Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $3,500.00.
