Hence your only reason you want to take a chance. Stop promoting fake products.
Who cares, since we don't know whether they are or are not. Its simply worth the chance that they survive for a couple years; that's good enough. Anyway, no one is buying "Ray Ban" for quality. Literally, the only reason you'd want these glasses is because they'd look good with your face shape.
As long as the $1 worth of plastic that they AND/OR Ray Ban uses holds the lenses in place, and looks OK, then we're fine. Especially at $40 for $1 worth of plastic.
The fact that Ray Ban or anyone else would charge $200 is ridiculous.
Frankly, these should be $5. But it is what it is.

Ray Ban aren't charging. Luxottica own pretty much every licence out there plus the stores plus the insurance. It's a disgrace.

There is still a high possibility is fake. The seller is not an authorized retailer.
Does anyone know the width of the glasses?

After taking a chance. When you receive it, how will you differentiate between real and fake.
If you can't differentiate, does it matter if they're fake?
