you must be new-ish to doing this. they will do this for a few orders, but eventually they stop. if something extremely major happens, they will credit me like 5 bucks. but most times they are like... nah... sorry, tough luck. im always incredibly polite and im definitely not abusing the system. i only contact them when something legitimately went wrong.

amazon has really cracked down in the customer service department, now that they arent worried about retaining/gaining customer satisfaction... they quite simply dont need to care anymore, because they know customers arent going anywhere.

Ive had a lot of luck having the chat window up while im doing other stuff complaining to them about nonsense like this... be nice.. elevate it and tell them it violates the A-Z Guarantee and you're disappointed. I usually get 10-20 bucks credited to my account. Chat is important so you're not wasting 30 minutes on the phone. YMMV

I just recently went to costco (Socal CA) and got the wipes. with tax came to $12.38 This is the 5pack 78-count each

Bottom line, this deal is cheaper

I'm done with ordering cleaning stuff from Amazon. Last three orders they've delayed (lost) in shipment, find the package then they say it's too beat up to deliver and cancel the order. Not do what every other retailer would do and replace it but just cancel it and say sorry your SOL.
