Eligibility:The "Season of Giveaways Member Sweepstakes"(the "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the fifty(50)United States (including the District of Columbia) and Puerto Rico who are at least twenty-one (21)years old at the time of entry.
Timing: The Sweepstakes begins on November 18, 2019at 12:00 a.m. PacificTime ("PT"),and ends onJanuary 7, 2020at 11:59 p.m. PT(the "Promotion Period"). The Promotion consists of two (2) phases(each a "Phase") as set forth below

Administrator's computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.
