I have a feeling that Newegg messed up their listing, and that this Newegg configuration has the cheaper TN panel with the lower Nits (perhaps that explains the sRGB discrepancy OP has mentioned). If you look at the spec options provided by HP - they list 2 versions of the screen - one as "FHD" and the other as "FHD IPS 400 Nits". The "Spec" listing provided by Newegg, just says "FHD"; though they list "IPS" as a feature in a different listing.

Edit - I Googled further and there appears to be 10 different(!) panel variants for the 735 G5. It actually appears they're all IPS, albeit half of them are cheaper variants with only ~200 Nits.
A little slower than i7 8th u but much faster in graphics. Next gen AMD should surpass intel.

I love EliteBooks. Some of the best made WIndows notebooks out there.

Not a huge fan of AMD in notebooks, though. They tend to run hot. But this one might be OK at 12-25 watts.

Dunno. Its on par with a discrete mx150/250 or 540x card. You may want to see what those can run and then knock off about 5-10% in performance.

You'll probably need a 15.6" size for that unless you go with a gimmicky numpad on touchpad device (Asus).

There are no TN panels in this line according to p5 on this HP spec sheet [hp.com].

There are, however, multiple 220nit IPS panels listed and its possible this has one of them.

Sooooo.. basically, this is a quad core sandy bridge lvl performance..

It is elitebook though..

I think that this is ~90% srgb, it's probably mislabeled, it should read 72% ntsc which is ~90% srgb

I don't think I've seen a 72% srgb panel, it's either 60% or 93%/94%/96/98% or 99% .
