The Sweepstakes entry period starts on November 1, 2019 at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Standard Time ("ET") and ends July 31, 2020 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET
The Miraclesuit Anniversary Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia and legal residents of Canada (excluding Quebec) who, at the time of entry, are at least twenty one (21) years old.
Maximum of one (1) Sweepstakes entry per person, per email address, during the Sweepstakes Entry Period.
On or about August 15, 2020 (the "Drawing Date"), Sponsor will select eight (8) entries in a random drawing
There are eight (8) Prizes in total.
(a) Grand Prizes: There will be one (1) Grand Prize comprising of one (1) ten (10) night travel package to Maui, Hawaii. The Grand Prize includes: (i) a round trip coach class flight for Verified First Grand Winner and his/her guest from the major airport nearest to Verified First Prize Winner's home; (ii) a ten (10) night stay standard accommodations/single room/double occupancy at a four star hotel of Sponsor's choice; and (3) food accommodations, etc.; all in Sponsor's sole discretion. The total value of the Prize will not exceed $15,000 USD. Verified First Prize Winner and his/her guest must commence and complete the trip by August 31 2021 (exclusions/blackout dates may apply). If Verified First Prize Winner is unable to travel on the dates booked and/or provided by Sponsor, the Grand Prize will be forfeited and no additional prize will be awarded. All travel-related and other expenses not set forth herein, including but not limited to meals, ground and other transportation, parking, gratuities and incidental hotel expenses, are the sole responsibility of Verified First Prize Winner. Verified Grand Prize Winner is responsible for all transportation, tax, license, title fees and insurance for transportation and other related, applicable expenses. Both the Verified Grand Prize Winner and his/her chosen travel companion must be 21 years or older. Verified First Prize Winner and his/her travel companion will be required to sign a release before going on the trip. Approximate Retail Value: $15,000 USD.
(b) Second Prize: There will be one (1) Second Prize comprising of one (1) gift certificate to be applied toward purchases made on www.spafinder.c
(c) Third Prize: There will be one (1) Third Prize comprising of $5,000 USD to be donated to the charity of Verified Second Prize Winner's choice, as selected from the approved list of charities that is included in Schedule A. No tax receipt for charitable donation will be issued to Verified Second Prize Winner. Approximate Retail Value: $5,000 USD.
(d) Fourth Prize: There will be one (1) Fourth Prize comprising of one (1) iPhone of choice. Maximum Retail Value: $1200 USD.
(e) Fifth Prize: There will be three (3) Fifth Prizes, each comprising of five (5) Miraclesuit swimsuits. Approximate Retail Value: $1,000 USD per Fourth Prize.
Approximate Total Retail Value of all Prizes is $24,700 USD.
