I don't know about anyone else, but I (STRONGLY) prefer Roku branded Smart TV platforms. I've been helping my mom look for the best pre-Black Friday deal on a 40-ish inch TV with Roku included. This is the best price I've found (by far) if you use a Redcard. The next closest I can find for a 40" Roku-included-TV is 160 at Walmart (Sanyo). And that's a 1080p 40", this is a 4k/HDR 43".
169.99, Target sale for 15% off TVs, plus 5% Redcard discount = 137 plus tax. In stock at most stores that I've checked. Pretty good deal even without the Redcard, if you ask me. If Roku is a priority, especially.
Specs are rock solid for the price. 4k, HDR, Roku, good size. Great overall deal, I think.

You got a steal, I bought a 40" Polaroid for $700 Black Friday 2006.
Still works, it's my 3rd screen in my basement setup
