All of the frame TV's come with a no gap mount and the basic bezel (thin black frame-like border.) You can purchase other bezels that clip on. I have a 2018 and love it.

They are not an authorized reseller -- so samsung can give you a hard time - potentially denying warranty issues - not sure how strict they are. This has been as low as $1399 previously, i expect 1299 as the next drop - so holding off for an authorized reseller may not be a terrible idea...

Great deal. I bought the 5 year CPS warranty through them as well for another $99 - mitigates the risk of Samsung considering them an authorized dealer or not. For a TV like this that will be on constantly (art mode) I think a solid warranty is a must!

Is this a TV it just a frame? I would think both, just asking for clarification since I would be in the market for a 65"QLED at this price point. Think it will go any lower?

Any deal from an unauthorized seller on eBay is no deal. I hate these BS eBay deals. I got burned on an Alpine amp on eBay with no F-ing serial number.
