Since they were bought out recently, I heard they will not be as good anymore?

Torguard is pretty good. I had it for 2 years and no complaints at all.

Then last year I switched to ExpressVPN because of specific reasons, in the end, it wasn't better in any way. In fact less stable, and costs ALOT more. So I might go back to Torguard next year.
