Yeah, depending on state and dealer taxes will be charged on full MSRP. I would check other stores if possible. I know in my area some doors do not charge tax except on the $29.99.

Select dealers will have stock for BF, need to call around your area to see if they have it. No easy way to check dealer stock.

Call your local boost mobile stores, if they have stock they should be able to confirm pricing. Only select doors will have stock.
