Imagine how many hundreds of thousands or millions of dollars they are losing right now. Not to mention the impact on their brand.

Similar to the New Year's Day Tire debacle...

Great company, not great with their website.

I love Costco, have been an executive member for over 10 years, and have spent A LOT of money with them. Their ecom business sucks though! It's archaic in so many ways and issues like this are really a shame for such a good merchant company.

Their checkout pages have been down since around 11am Eastern, so almost 5 hours at this point. Something must have tanked pretty hard if it's taking this long to bring those services back up. Hope they find some fix soon. Sucks to be stuck at work on a day off.

So this is a YMMV so far then? With some people getting cancellation emails and some not? Or is everyone getting them?

Took awhile but I was finally able to get the Sonos Beam added to the cart and I see the $180, but won't let me check out so far. Wondering if it's even worth it.
