Difference between regular and extra? Is one firmer with more bounce or something?

Extra has extra-duty felt for more durability on hard courts. If you play on clay/grass you can use regular

Last year they had a similar promotion, I think I got 12 or 20 cans...
I kept them inside in my laundry room. I used them starting January.
The problem: about 1/4 of the cans - the balls were soft hence unplayable, eventually just kids practice.

I feel regular is for indoor, extra for outdoor. And extra last longer.
