How much data? what speeds?
How much data? what speeds?
The speed is noticeably slower than Verizon side by side, at least in my test. That being said, still fast enough for YouTube, etc.

Chat told me that there is no data cap on unlimited at this time. I do not have Visible, but might consider it in the next year as Verizon has better coverage for some of the parts of the country where I travel to....
So I redo the purchase, paid using the same Paypal (with the same credit card) and can go through the purchase process well, but eventually get the same transaction failed order status. I tried to reach the customer support team again, and they asked me not to make another purchase as most likely the purchase will not go through again.
At this point, I'd rather not to make a deal with with them.
I tried the service when it was capped at 5 mbps, but in practice it was barely usable at my house. They said it was a lack of network towers in my dense neighborhood, but when I tried out xfinity mobile on the same Verizon network, I got blazing fast speed, so it's not a service I'd trust, not when I can get 25GB with unlimited full-speed tethering, Mexico/Canada data, and rollover through the ATT Walmart prepaid plan. Cricket also has a $40 unlimited plan open now until January, and T-Mobile/Metro has lots of combined plans and other discounts, especially if you sign up with a senior or military person. The other options have physical stores you can visit with issues, whereas Visible only works with in-app customer support, and when they uncapped their speeds last summer, they were swamped with new customers and people were waiting days just to get someone to respond on the customer service app, which scared me off from trying the service again with my new iphone X.
If you want to keep things under $25, Red Pocket has some very good plans on various networks, including 15GB on ATT for $23 or so, and their 5GB plan on ATT and Verizon is down to $16 a month this weekend, the catch being you have to prepay for a year, buying the SIM card and activation code on ebay. I've used them for a year, though, and have been happy.
I too ordered the IPhone 11 and they later sent me an email saying the transaction failed. The problem is being escalated and they will get back to me.
