If you aren't sure about this, return policy from Hubitat has a restocking fee - Returns only within 30 days of purchase in new condition and original package with all parts; subject to $10 restocking fee. Customer pays for return shipping.
Probably have to pay for return shipping too. And I was charged $5 tax.
If you aren't 100% sure I think Amazon is the way to go. Especially if you have a Prime card which cuts the tax about in half.

As per some reviews on YouTube, the z-wave range is very limited compare to smarthings.
What is your experience ?
Range is same as smart things. Only complaint is that locks do not work as well on it. Other than that it's great. Will be buying my dad one for Christmas.
FYI, I was charged $5.63 in tax. (I'm in Chandler, AZ)
Funnily, I was charged a Scottsdale Municipal tax and I don't even live in Scottsdale. Maybe they're based out of there?
