I spun this off the other HP Omen Obelisk thread to advertise the awesome price.
Hp Omen Obelisk Desktop - Intel 9700k Nvidia rtx 2080 ti 1TB HDD 8GB Ram $1520
>Now Showing $1547.99 after Coupon

Use code
Holidaypc10
Configure this with 9700K (w/t water cooling), 1TB Hard Drive, 2080TI and default everything else.
YMMV on this stacking with Samsung Pay(10% maxed out at $100) to bring this to $1234
Good RAM and 500GB SSD can be had for $100 bringing this to $1334 before tax for a very able machine.
Configuring this with a RTX 2080 Super subtracts $250 and brings the total down to $1000 ($1100 with RAM and SSD)
There are enormous complaints about this case in fairness.
YMMV on whether HP coupon will stack with Samsung pay, but in the past coupons have stacked with Samsung pay.

EDIT: Samsung pay has fallen below 10%. Samsung pay is not necessary

That one works thanks!
That would drop you down to $1009.99 after Chase and Samsung Pay.
Oh, also, don't default everything. They're tossing in free Optane memory but you have to checkbox it to get it.

edit: I changed to chrome and the coupon applied but it only took it down to 1700. Anyone else having the same issue?
Nermind. OP had 9700 I pick 9900
Not sure if worth it, you're essentially paying $1200+ for a 2080ti. Case is garbage along with the motherboard. If you go with the regular HD and 8gb memory you will need to upgrade those as well and buy a SSD. Once you buy SSD you would have to clone the hard drive and move it to the SSD and hope no issues happen.
I'm not sure how the Samsung Pay thing works (don't have a Samsung phone to do it), but the Frugal place with the Be also gives 11% back on the first $250 and 8% after that, which is about $130ish.
As for the deal, it is pretty good considering most 2080 TI's go for $1000+, the 9700k is $350, it has a 750w platinum psu, which would be about $100, and all the other parts that would be another $200ish. There is at least $1600 in value here for about $1200, so I would say it is pretty decent.

Everyone: *Sees a complete PC w/ 2080ti & 9700 for $1200.*

You can also google "HP rebate $250" for an incremental $100-$250 in rebates. I bought a high end Omen laptop for 40% off this way

Wonder if the 2080ti is reference so I could put it in my closed loop.
