That might be the fanciest switch I've ever seen. My boy wanted a "switch" for Xmas. His grades are sucking so I'm buying him this... the look on his face will be prices less.. and for $20 I can j fancy up my desk at work with this purdy device!!

Seems that's still available for same price from Netgear themselves

Haven't yet checked if shipping is free.

The other more streamline one they had a few days ago for $15 was a better deal. This doesn't look too bad either.

Isn't this a better deal since it supports LAG?

Slap a Nintendo sticker over the Netgear logo and you're good to go.

Amazon often mixes data from different variants so I thought it can't be.
But you're right, this one supports Link Aggregation
https://www.netgear.com/images/da...GS908E.pdf

LINK AGGREGATION
Static Manual LAGs (Port Trunking): Yes
# of Static LAGs / # of members in each:
2 LAGs with maximum 4 members in each LAG

Also does Port Rate Limiting (with Rates 512 kbit/s/1/2/5/8/16/32/64/128/256/512 Mbit/s)

And, for the USB ports:
2-port
10W maximum per port
20W maximum total

Link Aggr is supported only on 16 port models, per spec sheet.

Nope, only 16+ port Netgear switches support LAG. This one is mislabeled at Amazon.

Not true, look at the spec sheet for this.
