I paid with PayPal and it took about 10 hours for my payment to process and to get the code.

FYI. This is made by Aspyr so I am assuming its Mac and Linux. I could be wrong

All the Rise and Fall mechanics are included in this expansion. The only thing you get extra if you buy both is the additional civs included in Rise and Fall.

Nice price with how they've kept these expansions expensive.

However from personal experience, use a burner email address for StackSocial because it's nearly impossible to get off their marketing list.

Was looking to add this too my collection, thanks - even on the 'grey market' sites it's still close to $30. I probably have 200 hours in Civ6 already, this will give me a few more playthroughs.
