EDIT: Yeah, I see in their title that it states shoulder. They probably should not have done that. This is the one I use for my upper back and shoulders:

I think there are better ones, but I got this one on a deal and it does the trick. I have much more issue with my neck, so I use the OP one the most.

Bought the homedics over the shoulder warmer from costco.
Thing was super high quality material but failed at the simple fact it didn't get warm enuf
This too looks like high end material and comfort but then looks like it fails at the general massage factor based on that pictur
