    I know it says it can hold a cell phone, but it looks like in the pics that it is on one of the secondary arms. Can I mount my cell phone to the main camera arm to use as a camera?

    You'll need a cell phone mount adapter. Pretty sure u don't need the one that joby offers though, you can use a standard universal one
