Southwest has the most retarded boarding procedure lol. I mean most of the airlines are inefficient but southwest really knows how to make everyone unhappy except for the first 25 percent that gets on. If you dont pay for a better boarding number you will get middle seat for sure and definitely not sitting with your friend/family.

The math is plane as day: 33% of people get middle seats at most, and that's if the plane is entirely full.

But thats only if you travel by yourself. If you have a group of 2 or 3 you will not find a full row. Most full flights will have parties split up and have people shouting over seats to communicate and whatnot. just my personal experience with southwest. make sure you pay for a better cue or better yet bring either a child or a wheelchair to get ahead for free.

However I do want to add a positive for southwest is that they have 2 free check bags

Price is not better than their regular weekly sales. Matter of fact, some routes are $10+ more.

Or you can fly the other major airlines that charge you $50-70 extra for the "privilege" of getting an online seat assignment.

I'm looking at the same nonstop flight for Delta and it's $70 extra to move up from basic economy (no seat assignment) to main cabin (online seat assignment).

For $9 more bucks I get to fly on SW Roll Eyes (Sarcastic)

You mean check in process? Stop whatever you're doing to check in right at the dot. The boarding procedure itself is awesome. Better than having two groups and people just lining up to get behind the next group and you're standing in line thinking you're in the right group and next thing you know you're four groups back. People are dumb and there's no getting around it.
