not really its a standard threshold, its obviously a big issue as most of the newer ones can now clear 2cm

Ecovacs are disposable. I've had 3 901's and each one lasted less than a year. For the first one, I filed a claim under their warranty and they sent me replacements (refurbished) with worse issues than I already had! By the time I sent back the second refurbished vac, 1 year had passed since my original purchase and they wouldn't replace the broken (on arrival) refurbished vaccum they had just sent me. The other 2 vacs have now broken and it's not even worth filing a warranty claim.
