Have one going on 2 years now. Have it programmed to run at 5 am. Blown away at the amount of fur, dust, and sand it gathers daily. I haven't had to replace any parts. Mine came with spare brushes and filter.

We got one after reading CR and the Amazon reviews. It does a great job cleaning up after our two small children and sucking up the cat's fur. The rubber on the brush guard does fail after a while. We've replaced it twice in 18 months.

We love ours. We had a bobsweep that cleaned in circles, could not climb even low rugs, and had pretty poor suction. Out 11S overcomes all of these issues and finds its charger again about 80% of the time. The amount of fur, fine dust, and even large crumbs it can gather is really impressive. Really thinking about getting another just to have on another floor because it does such a good job.

I bought it for a similar price back in June or July when it came with another free eufy product (blender or scale, maybe one other option). Overall pretty happy with its performance. Not the smartest (no mapping, smartphone connectivity or electronic barriers) robot vac but does a decent job and usually finds it's way back to the base without issues. Mine also came with additional brush and filters as others have noted.

The 15C Max [amazon.com] seems like the better deal at $200 after clipping the $80 off coupon. Has wifi and over 50% more suction power (2000Pa vs 1300Pa).

Beware if you have dark rugs or carpets it will not work. The drop sensor gets activated and it freaks out then quits altogether. I have a large grey rug with some black lines on it and it's unusable on that entire floor because it always gets stuck on the rug.

I cant recommend, our Eufy doesn't clean very well, (laminate floor) gets stuck A LOT. I often wil wake up to see the Eufy in the corner of the dinning room, dead and have to lift it back to the charger. I only kept it because it came with a free blender that would of cost as much as the bundle anyways.
