Assuming you're on Windows, check your mic settings [imgur.com] to make sure apps are allowed to access it [imgur.com] and scroll down to make sure your chat app is enabled. If that's good, try turning your mic gain up in system [imgur.com] or device [imgur.com] settings if you haven't already, and also check whatever chat app you're using to see if it has any mic gain settings [imgur.com] you can play with.

Besides reinstall drive what else can I do to increase speech volume? Out of box setting makes my gamers mad at me because They know I'm speaking but don't know what I'm saying.

Find it in "sounds", click properties, then go to levels. Other than that, if you're using discord you can increase your input level in the settings from within the program.

I believe there was a recent deal of ice (lower) version of this for 35 dollars so this appears to be a really good deal for the non-ice version.
