Last UD palette I bought the colors were so muted, didnt show up on my lids at all. Am I supposed to put water on the applicator. I would buy if they shadow would actually show up

It depends on the formula of the eyeshadow. Like the poster above me said, shimmers and glitters are typically best applied with your finger. If you want them to be extra dramatic, I typically wet my finger a little, and then apply to my lids. Urban Decay has really great eyeshadows- so try applying a different way and see how it works.

I have this set and it's really good. The shadows are pigmented. The primer is gold so it really makes the gold shadows pop. The liner is perfection. The only thing is the setting spray smells like honey and gives me almost a sheen of dewy which might be off putting to some. For this price I would buy two. It was well worth the money.
