The Fitbit Versa Lite lacks the following over the original:
WiFi and NFC
Onboard Music Storage
Fewer buttons (1 instead of 3)
Stair Count Tracking
Swim Lap Tracking
Guided Workout options
Does it have:
1) GPS?
2) Local music storage?
3) NFC pay?
How long is the battery life?
no music storage battery life is supposed to be 4 days but some complaints about that in reviews. Idk about nfc or gps but unlikely as this is the "light" model

Only Versa Special Edition have NFC, regular Versa does not. All Versa 2 have NFC.
FYI - for any one in same dilemma like me until Cyber Monday. I wanted to buy Fitbit but was debating between Charge 3, Lite and Versa 2. I got Charge 3 at Kohls for $119 (special edition). Regular one was for $99 on BF. Eventually, when Versa 2 was on sale yesterday for $129 (with $30 cashback) at Kohls returned Charge 3 and got Versa 2 after looking at the features.
Versa 2 has FitBit pay, in built Alexa, Spotify app control, on screen workouts which made me incline towards it. Also the watch itself looked decent and stylish.

Is the watch featured here a successor to the Amazfit Bip[amazon.com]? I have it and don't see an Amazfit Bip 2, but I'm struggling to understand their hierarchy. All the same, anyone who's used Amazfit Bip and this watch able to relate any comparisons? Thanks.

I believe you only get 1 personalized workout and 2 recommend for free. If you want anymore you have to pay the monthly fee, just something to factor in.
