Silicone-based lubricants are so much better than water-based ones, but they are much more expensive and rarely go on sale. Right now, with Walgreen's 30% off coupon (CYBER30), you can score this 8oz silicone lubricant for only $18.99. Choose store pickup to avoid shipping cost. Enjoy!

WD-40 isn't a lubricant, so no.

I see what you did there. The name gun oil actually comes from its origin though. This is a quote from the product page (kinda cool):
Quote :
The concept for this high-tech formula was improvised by Marines, during Operation Desert Storm, who lubed up with actual military-issue "CLP" (cleans, lubricates, protects) in the sands of the Kuwait battlefields. Gun Oil won't dry out and provides a long-lasting glide. Gun Oil is made from Dimethicone, which is the highest grade form of silicone. It is hypoallergenic and does not stain fabrics. Gun Oil actually contains no oil, so it's perfectly safe for use with condoms. Gun Oil is highly concentrated, so a little goes a long way.

I highly recommend it. Pjur and Gun Oil are both the top silicone lubes that are highly rated. You only need a few drops because they are incredibly slippery and remain effective for a long time without having to reapply.
