Not threadcrapping, but contributing. Watch the review below before buying. This gives no radiant heat from the sides. I actually like some smoke to keep bugs and mosquitoes away. Plus, I prefer to be able to see and control the fire, added pleasure and it's fun!

I have the bonfire. Everyone seems to love it. The girlfriend actually complains now that there isn't enough smoke so you don't end up smelling like a campfire. This is close to $100 less than I paid.

My ship to store ranger was fulfilled. My ship to home Bonfire was cancelled with an email saying it was out of stock. It is clearly in stock because they are still selling it online!

I contacted Lowe's and they told me my order was not going to be fulfilled by the supplier and to cancel my order.

I ordered a Bonfire directly from Solo and will now be returning that - I'm just going to go with a propane fire pit from Costco since a tank of propane costs about $8 and it will last multiple burns vs. $8 for a bundle of wood that will last an hour or so

I picked up my Ranger today at Loews. I ordered the one with the stand included, but I think the model on the box just says SSRAN, not SSRAN-SD like on my order page.
I was in a hurry and I didn't realize it at the store, so I might have to go back, unless the stand is included in the package and I just didn't realize. I'll check it further on my way home.

Can anyone confirm that if they got the model with the stand included it does say SSRAN-SD on the box?

I received an email from Lowe's today stating that my original order was mistakenly cancelled and offering me the opportunity to re-purchase my items at the original price. Seriously considering taking them up on that offer even though I subsequently ordered directly from Solo Stove and those items are wrapped and under the tree. Would feel vindication, I think. I'm still ticked off that Solo Stove recalled my order when it was literally on the truck on the way to my house!

Seems like solo stove got greedy at first but then realized they have a lot more leftover inventory than they anticipated. Got turned off from this whole situation. Not planning on taking Lowe's offer.

The stand comes inside the firepit box. There should also be a callout on the front of the box that shows the stand. I have the bonfire with stand and it has SD at the end of the item# on the box.

I was able to call Lowe's customer service and get them to reorder the correct version and they adjusted the price to the Black Friday/Cyber Monday price. I'll return the version without the stand when it arrives for pickup.

I also bought it from Solo (during BF) AND from Lowe's. Lowe's did the right thing for honoring the price. Solo... on the other hand would not budge in price matching even though it was only a $30 difference. Their loss I guess since they are probably paying that for me to ship it back to them. I'm actually kinda annoyed with Solo unwilling to price match cause now I have to wait some more before I can use it (wait for Lowe's and return to Solo).

This is actually the second time Lowe's screwed up my order but made up for it. The first time they gave me a 20% in-store discount, which more than paid for the screw up.

Agreed - I am returning the Bonfire I ordered directly from Solo and have asked for a $99 propane burner from
Costco for XMas. Solo will not ever get my business and they are eating shipping 2-ways for them canceling the Yukon order through Lowe's.
I applaud Lowe's for trying to make it right though....

I had my lowe's order cancelled and then got the email I could reorder if I want. In the end I decided to just order the Bonfire Ultimate Bundle PLUS the SoloStove Station directly from Solo Stove.

I used the 10% off coupon and I'll get 5% back for using PayPal from my Chase Freedom card.

So I'll get the Bonfire firepit, stand, cover, fire tools, roasting sticks, and the station to store it all and store wood for $427.49 (no tax at SoloStove, 10% coupon, 5% chase cashback).
