May want to add YMMV to that, OP. That offer is not going to be available to everyone (myself included)

Hmm . Did you try directly from the link ? I'm not sure how to update from the app

I went straight to the link from my work computer which isn't logged in to anything and it was there , but I do Believe you

Edit : try desktop ? Just sent it to 2 co workers who just clicked the link and had it show. One doesn't even have "circle"

Boo, sorry about this. Unsure why target would supply a coupon on their site and say no longer available . Maybe it was targeted email and it was my coupon and someone used it so now that specific coupon is gone. But it was pretty generic for a targeted coupon.
