Is this deal (or one like it) posted every single day? I have an alert set for "Home Depot" and seem to get at least one Milwaukee tool alert each day.
There hasn't been one good milwaukee deal this entire holiday season. I think makita won over a lot of new purchasers looking to upgrade tools this season. And now that makita actually had good deals on brushless items, the people who bought in are going to stick with the line for battery purposes.
Plus if you've used both, you'll realize the milwaukee quality isn't that much better than makita for the huge upcharge milwaukee tries to get away with.
Seems to me like makita is wiping out the competition this season.

Don't think Milwaukee quality was ever better than Makita.

Older tools were amazing. They still have a few. But I'd agree that for the past 8 or so years, they have a range of low end trash built to fail after a few years. Most of the home tools are built to fail but Milwaukee has gone cheap on a few tools. And some are still really good. There is a YouTuber in Canada that tears down tools. Give you an opportunity to see what the older and especially cordless looked like.
