My local Sprint store said they never received any hats and were caught off guard by everyone coming in asking for one. Doesn't seem like the right hand knows what the left hand is doing

I went into a store and the manager didn't know what I meant until I showed the picture of the hat. He went to the back and brought out a small box with hats. He mentioned he didn't know what they were for and they only got 5 of them.
