Yes. Look through the photos for each decanter.
Yes they just for looks, or yes they help with aeration? All I see in the pictures is wine being poured in, and one with a cap on it
Also Chinese made glass. Caveat emptor
If you have a discount store like marshalls or TJ maxx they often times have reidel glassware and decanters around similar prices.
They help with aeration of the wine by exposing more surface area to the air when the wine is poured in, swirled, and poured out into the glass.

Yep. I saw one yesterday at TJ Maxx with a similar shape for 6 bucks.
That's why I go with a "regular" shaped one, then use the cleaning balls to spin in it.
No sense in aerating your box of wine.
