Are you sure on the ounces. I only paid 3 but it's a 8 ounce.

Is this sugar free when it says no sugar added? 3g carbs. 2g dietary fiber. Seems so?

Yes, this is NOT hot cocoa as in hot chocolate. It's just unsweetened cocoa. Can be used for any recipe which calls for unsweetened cocoa, including hot cocoa recipes.

Suppose to be great for those with high blood pressure. About the same price as Costco you get 28 ounces vs 23 if you have a membership. Also Costco is dutch processed, says it's a darker smoother cocoa.

It is actually good. Not sweet, you have to add sugar by taste. It has a slightly bitter taste of the cocoa so my kid does not like it, but I do and put it in my protein drinks or when making moccachino with espresso.

Is there a difference between this and "baking cocoa"? I have great value brand on hand. I assume neither has dairy is that correct? Just the one ingredient "cocoa" on the labels.

No difference and no dairy. If you search for "backing cocoa" on Amazon, this will likely be the top result.

The cocoa has naturally occurring sugar as do most fruits.
