I was tempted to jump on these until I read that they could also attract (& kill) honey bees. Something to consider. But thanks op for posting.
I mean....just get a stick, smack the nest off your house(etc) and run? Come back a couple hours later and give a swift kick on the nest away from your house. If you need to take it further, spray just about any chemical on them/the area and run. Been using this strategy my entire life and I've had no issue.

Thanks for posting, ordered three.
Edit: Cancelled, went back and looked at all the reviews. I know it probably would not happen but the idea of a bird getting caught, just not worth it for me.

Just bought a new house and I know the area has wasps and such.

Bought 2. Guessing they are fairly shelf-stable. May or may not need them this summer but I'll give them away as a present and make someone's day if I don't use them. Someone is complaining about wasps every year at my work.

Never tried these, concerned by spring time the stickiness will be gone. Anyone have experience with a few months of storage and these working good?

I've bought a six pack of the previous versions and can confirm they stay sticky even after a full year of outdoor storage. The old versions came with a cardboard covering to prevent dust settling on the trap. Not sure about these new ones. They added the cage since sometimes birds would get stuck to these and that's not good.

These work disturbingly well on wasps. There will be a gross amount of them stuck to the pattern after a week. They really nailed it on the design for attracting them.

Thanks! I can always use extra armament in my war with the A-holes. Bought my limit. The struggle is real.

FYI you can use these or locate nests as early in spring/summer and just knock it down with long pole. Or wait till winter. You don't even have to kill them. Extracting the nest will take care of reoccurring and future problems.
