These are the same as the on ear wireless headphones that Bose has for $99 factory renewed. The Bose listing states they are also know as SoundLink on ear wireless headphones. Factory renewed are the same as new and full 1 yr warranty from Bose. How is this a deal with only a 60 day warranty??

QVC Rep on the Q and A says it as brand new, from the few times it was asked. The model number the rep gives is - 714675-0030 . this correlates to the Bose Soundlink On-Ear Bluetooth Headphones with Microphone, Triple Black on amazon 4 $178, like the bose site for these in new.. I don't know what is up with the warranty, it hadn't been asked, but i asked it. hopefully they'll give an answer.

I posed the question as too why it doesn't have the normal warranty to QVC, it doesn't make sense to me. Thought i covered that

As was expected it was a Typo. Bose replied themselves to the QandA "The product comes with a one year manufacturers warranty." and why wouldn't it be? I get people have to be trolls, but for crying out loud, if your going to slam a post to limit the traction it gets, or just plain exert authority, at least think of the obvious like "why wouldn't the normal warranty cover this if its brand new?" before you speak. seams kinda below the "expert" level to think about something like that. But trolls are trolls, and this site has quite the fair share
