EDIT information from Better.com!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hello,
I work with Better, com and wanted to see if you could please add in the following information to your post on Amex/Better,com deal as it reads incorrect as it stands, especially regarding eligibility. We want to make sure the offer is stated as accurately as possible:
1) Mortgage rates of any specific customer, stated or otherwise, should not be taken as indicative of a mortgage rate available to all customers. Pricing is based on a number of factors, including the individual credit profile of a potential borrower.
2) The offer is only available to those borrowers who have been marketed to directly by American Express, and those who have not received the offer on their Amex portal or via email are not eligible.

How are you guys getting such low rates? $210k refinance for $275k value home and I'm seeing 3.375% after $5000 in points.

Leaving multiple pages up on my tablet and checking a few times a day. Costco, Lenderfi, Aimloan, Owning (if in California). Rates are swinging like crazy right now, so you need to have your application paperwork scanned and ready. Hopefully rates will continue to trend down!

My rep said he couldn't price match. I live in OH and my mortgage amount is less than 150k. Rep said he can't given the amount of loan.
I wasn't able to get the lowest rates due to my loan amount being under $300k. They said roughly every $50k under $300k was a rate increase of .125% (on a 15 year).

That explains why everyone except me seems to have better luck with Better.com. I might have to go with different lender. I been watching Better.com for last couple of weeks every day and their published rates are way higher than other lenders. My 30 day ends tomorrow. I have to decide if i want to reapply and play the game of checking and comparing rates each day or drop better.com and find a different lender. Northpointe seems to better published rates. I might go with them.

yea their published rate are stupidly high, I would not wait for them to drop through. The best approach is to reach out to several lenders and have better.com pricematch. I've stared at their rates for over 2 months, never once did it come close to competitors rate. the only way to do is through pricematching.

Yup. Price match is the way to go with them.

Who do you suggest for getting rates to do price match with Better.com

Is there any trick to "getting" targetted fro this? I don't see anything in my email inbox or my promos, but I'm very interested?

Click through the link and you should be good. Untargetted people are getting the rebate.

Thanks - I have the "offer" for Rocket in my blue cash card, but nothing is showing up for Better. I also cannot "add" either of them like I do for most of the other rebates and such.

I would temper expectations. Given that loan amount, not likely you'll get the rates you want. Certainly won't with better, it will require a pricematch elsewhere.
What would you think is reasonable? I was 3xpecting rates to drop this week or next

You think 200K isn't enough owed for a great rate? A lot of money to me

The link in OP takes me to an Amex page in German.

Can someone provide the correct URL for this?

Thanks

Same boat here -- Particularly hoping for a 20 yr mortgage. SOFI only has 15/30 any places I should be looking?

Don't know why people are having such a hard time rate matching to other companies with smaller loan amounts. Mines under 125k and I got 2.85 match 30 year from sofi.
