Just refinanced with better.com in mid-May. Rates have come down since then; has anyone had success applying for another refi and receiving another $2500 credit before receiving the first one?

How do we find out if we are eligible for credit from amex on better.com side? I remember starting the application from the amex link but not sure how to confirm that i am getting credit.

I emailed the rep from Better.com to confirm my eligibility, and she said to contact AMEX. Called AMEX this morning and they were able to confirm that I was eligible.

Its been 2 days since I provided LE for match but I have not heard back, I have been sending emails but no response. How long do I have to wait to be eligible for claiming 1k offer from Better not able to match?

Yes several users have reported on this forum having done exactly that - the additional 2500 per refinance does work.

There AMEX offering pushes the rates up. I have two profiles created. The Amex profile has higher rates being offered. Is there a way to get the rates lower.

You can let the AMEX profile to beat another profile's LE, since their LE is there.
