I work with Better,com and wanted to see if you could please add in the following information to your post on Amex/Better,com deal as it reads incorrect as it stands, especially regarding eligibility. We want to make sure the offer is stated as accurately as possible:

I don't think that's legit I wish it is rates are great haha. The yelp for them in Irvine leads to a difference web page.

This is new. Make sure you are entering different user i.d . I have both accounts running fine. I locked the rate on 2nd account on Thursday.

No I expressed grievances of how closing was taking too long and how I had a better offer. They gave a verbal offer that was better than their current and stated the changes would be noted on final disclosure documents posted later that day.

I applied with them last week or the week before and they were slow as it took them 3 days and I also called twice and emailed several times to stay on top of them.


Their Lender Estimate was accurate btw and its slow but so far as I've noted is the best one without any surprises. Online reviews of their team was also spot on and has been really good but it seems like they are backed up quite a bit. Give them time and stay on top of them so that you get what you need while the rates are low.

This may be different on desktop as I am on mobile, hut I went to LoanCabin.com, scrolled the very bottom, and see 877-828-2713 listed next to the Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, BBB, and Equal Housing Opportunity logos.

I know it seemed that way but if you scroll to be bottom of their web page there is an 877 number (-- The given link is broken --).
