2.75 with 1500 points on a 500k 30 year at better. I will take it..

Better.com matched loan depot

my fico was 849 as of March. I paid off my car in march and it dropped to 812...WTF..

Anyway It doesn't make a difference.

Media keeps hyping up the rates and all time "lows". With articles suggesting you are a fool if you dont hop in now "since we never know where rates can go". It's like hearing a local ad for a refinance but through multiple site/news sources.

The facts are that rates are going down but then you also mix in those who don't qualify but try anyways thinking they can just 2007 it and get approved anyways. All compounds the problem. We all know the requests are more but some of it is artificial.

I just went into closing status.. it says "TBD Final Closing - This is when you'll sign all the final paperwork." I have not been assigned any closing tasks. Thats when they ask for AMEX CC number?
