Stupid me! Usually I check SD before buying anything big but for some reason I didnt think of it for mortgage refi.
Anyway I locked my rate with LoanDepot in GA on Friday 7/9/2020
2.75%
A+B+C = 1595+112+1225 = 2932
Lender credit $2416

LTV ~65%, Credit score 780+

But I didn't get estimates from most of other lenders mentioned here. I will probably check with Loan Cabin, Better and Watermark on Monday.
Any suggestions for cheaper title and settlement in GA?

Is this what they offered you straight up or was this after they matched competing LE? Feel like clicking through with the $2500 AMEX promo better.com was definitely not the lowest. They even had to price match themselves from what NerdWallet was showing for them. I just had to screen shot the NW quote and they matched it.

Tons of lenders offering 2.75% + F + G for 30 yr and even better like 1k credits if you have low C like in California. 2.65% with A covered is very common as well. This was as of Friday.
