Best buy has the google pixel 3a xl for 5.83 a month payments for 2 years. This is for a sprint upgrade, sprint will charge you $15.83 a month and give you a $10 credit on your statement
What happens if end up leaving Sprint in a year? Would I be able to buy out rest of phone?
Yes but you'll lose out on the promotional credits. So if they're giving you a $10/mo credit, you'll have to make up the $120 difference if you want to pay off the phone after 12 months.
This is the new way of forcing people into a contract without calling it a contract.
Looks like now it is $3.62 for pixel 3a so 3.62*18 + $99.78 = $164.94 total out of pocket if buying at the end of lease 18 months... So if remaining with sprint is this not a good deal?
Wonder if any other fees involved .... like cracked screen at the end of lease, do they casre as long as we are buying the phone?
Does it work for current Sprint customers on Kickstarter plans? I tried two of our phone numbers that are on Kickstarter plans. I put in the Sprint PIN for verification. At the last step, it says I can not be upgraded at this time. But it does not give any further info or an error code. Neither of those lines have phones bought or leased from Sprint; they were unlocked phones bought new from Amazon
