I have an Anker 20100. It failed twice (wouldn't charge, lights went dead). They sent me another. Yes, the warranty is 18 months, and the customer service is super friendly and easy. My unit is now just out of warranty, so we shall see. One unit I didn't have to return so I cracked it open and it is 6 - 18650 batteries connected with a controller. Not rocket science.
If it's worth it to you to have genuine cells(it should be given the dangers of cheap Chinese 18650's) this is a decent deal.

She said the charging speed isn't as fast as the PowerAdd I gave her a while back.
TY OP. Great deal.

Just to let you know it's not the quick or fast charging model and still uses micro usb. The newer ones use usb-c which is usually in the 15watt-18w range. But it's solid if you don't need it in a pinch.
No one really knows about the difference between Aukey and Anker. Aukey sells a 10000 for about $20 usually. It has the 18w PD and the model number is PB-Y13-US. I just bought it last week and haven't used it yet.

I can tell Aukey difference. In the rare event you have to call customer service Anker is top notch. Also, their stuff has a quality feel to it as well. with that said, I'll give the Aukey a shot for PD
Different model without PD or the 60w adapter, but I own that one as well and like it alot.
