Wow...noticed all these low reps posters pumping up Anker products whenever there is an Anker deal? Hey Anker, let your products and customer service speak for you. You don't need to hire fake posters to promote your products on here!
I noticed the same thing. And the posts have the same "flavor":

"and it's an ace for travel"
"I use it almost every time when I travel,"

I have an Anker 20100. It failed twice (wouldn't charge, lights went dead). They sent me another. Yes, the warranty is 18 months, and the customer service is super friendly and easy. My unit is now just out of warranty, so we shall see. One unit I didn't have to return so I cracked it open and it is 6 - 18650 batteries connected with a controller. Not rocket science.
In case anyone is interested like I was, this model uses 3x Panasonic NCR18650B 18650's which have a rated capacity of 3350mAh each. The reason the unit is only 10,000mAh is the voltage conversion. It's sold as 5v but nominal charge of these units is actually 3.6v so the "real" capacity is going to be around 7200mAh.

If it's worth it to you to have genuine cells(it should be given the dangers of cheap Chinese 18650's) this is a decent deal.

My sibling happened to find the first one somewhere.

She said the charging speed isn't as fast as the PowerAdd I gave her a while back.

I believe that's an all-time low for the 1000. I've had mine for two years and it's an ace for travel — less than 7oz for a battery that lasts like four charges on an iPhone 6.

I have the 10000 and it's the lightest and best battery pack I have had. I wish they make an upgraded model with usbc at the same size and similar price. This at $17 is a no brainier.

I have had my 10000 for about 3 over years and I use it almost every time when I travel, which is 90% of the time. It's still going strong and it's the best lightweight portable battery that I've ever owned. I'm in for another two, just for spares and/or gifts.

TY OP. Great deal.

Just to let you know it's not the quick or fast charging model and still uses micro usb. The newer ones use usb-c which is usually in the 15watt-18w range. But it's solid if you don't need it in a pinch.

No one really knows about the difference between Aukey and Anker. Aukey sells a 10000 for about $20 usually. It has the 18w PD and the model number is PB-Y13-US. I just bought it last week and haven't used it yet.

I can tell Aukey difference. In the rare event you have to call customer service Anker is top notch. Also, their stuff has a quality feel to it as well. with that said, I'll give the Aukey a shot for PD

I bought the 28000 on Black Friday for 38? I don't really need something that heavy duty but it's still useful and I figured might come in handy during hurricane season. Only downside is micro usb charger🙃.

Different model without PD or the 60w adapter, but I own that one as well and like it alot.
