This is not the type of thing you want to be faulty. You are likely relying on it to keep pipes or other items from freezing. So if it fails, it's likely going to be a little worse than if most other $3 items fail.
Did you read the reviews. The very first review showed pictures of his chicken coop and garage burning down to the ground.
Three of four that I are hard switched. I keep the heat low overnight and bathroom door shut. "Alexa, turn on the Christmas lights" right when I wake up and bathroom is warm by the time I get in there. That reminds me that I really need to update the name of that smart plug...

Well this does the job of a thermostat so if you have a heater that doesn't have a built-in thermostat this is perfect for like putting a little heater somewhere so the pipes don't freeze and rupture during winter

You could use this with like a warming blanket on a propane tank an outdoor propane tank stuff like that also

I don't think any heater will turn on once you plug it in. You still have to manually turn on the button.
A lot of heaters will turn on once you plug it in / the outlet "activates". Anything with a switch or mechanical push-button. For instance this popular Lasko heater [amazon.com]

As dvdapex said, any heater with a mechanical switch. I have a 3-setting Vornado heater at my feet right now that turns on whenever I call on the smart plug it's attached to.
