There are two decent deals that include the Ridgid Octane router. Both deals included a brushed version of the cordless sander (R8606).

Here is the other one.

Router + Octane Jigsaw + Sander for $199 - https://www.homedepot.com/p/RIDGI.../310710521

I bought that 3 tool kit a few weeks ago and am super happy with it. Just to further clarify, the random orbit sander isn't Octane in addition to the aforementioned brushed motor.

Hmm I just picked up the router last week for $79.01. For an extra ~$40+tax I could then get the sander which usually sells for ~$70... seems worth it.

No batteries or charger included for those who didn't know. You'll need both of those before these tools will work for you.

Are Rigid's tools compatible with any other brand batteries?

Not sure....I'm sure someone else knows, though. I don't have any Ridgid tools.

Jury rigged adapters exist if you Google. Check Google, thinkiverse, and ebay. I'm gathering parts to make an adapter for the kobalt 24v miter saw to use ridgid batteries using the bms from a donated kobalt battery, a DC-DC Boost converter, ridgid flashlight socket contacts, and 3d printed case/mounting hardware. I figure a voltage divider circuit on the "24v" output of the boost converter should fool the kobalt BMS into thinking there are 18650 cells connected.

F.Y.I It's been a pain trying to get my table saw registered for the lifetime coverage warranty through Ridgid website and by phone. It's seem like they purposely make it difficult to register your product so you don't get the warranty. I'm still trying to get my product registered.

For those commenting on the price being only $10 off.... Home Depot often has special items that were previously not sold. The create a special combo then have it a low price. You can't look at the price and make your judgment off that because the original price was already basically a sale price. In other words compare the price of buying the tools separately.
