I picked this up during the black friday $299 sale. It is definitely 1080p. Nice little machine for the price. There is one SODIMM slot so you can upgrade to 20gb (4gb onboard) fairly inexpensively. There is also an empty 2.5" SATA bay so you can put in a bigger HD/SSD.
Mine came with a Samsung PM981 NVMe SSD which I was really surprised. For this price point I was expecting a cheap SATA M.2 SSD.
Only have 2 gripes. the wifi card is a qualcomm 1x1 802.11AC. It's pretty slow. But you can easily upgrade it to an intel 9260 or similar card. the second is the battery is only 2 cell 30 watt hour. Lasts about 2 hours on light browsing. There is a ton of unused space inside the chassis. Wish they would've done a better packaging job so they can put in a 3 or 4 cell battery. But at this price point those are really just minor things.
I got this for my mother in law who recently came out of retirement and started working as a realtor so needs a computer to fill out paper work. This will do nicely. I'm thinking about picking up a second one for a niece who is starting high school and needs a computer for school work.

Mine arrived yesterday, it is absolutely a 1080p low glare display. Excellent!

I don't believe the resolution you posted is correct for this model. Research shows this to be an IPS panel display at 1920x1080.

Since when does anyone refer to storage, rather than hard drive capacity? If this storage is solid state, would that make it SSS (solid state storage)?
Internal storage: 256GB PCIe SSD Storage

Would appreciate help. Got this with Ryzen 7 and 12GB from Costco on sale for $550. The product specs have disappeared off the Costco site and can't find the comparison on slickdeals site. Does anyone still have the link and/or details? Starting to think I overpaid and having just gotten delivery, realize I miss having a dedicated numeric pad. Don't know if I should return it. Thanks.

How does this compare to the Motile laptop that was $300 from Walmart?

Here's all the info you need from the previous post during the Thanksgiving sale. I just got delivery of this laptop at $299 + tax and I love it. Followed one of the user's posts on upgrades and now run 20 gb of ram on it with Ryzen Controller to fix the throttling issue.

Which Intel 9260 ? See a couple different ones on Amazon any trouble to update the driver? Thanks in advance.
