There are a few Brooks bike saddles on sale on Amazon. They have had lower historic prices, but those were very short-lived and over a year ago.
I personally use a black, standard b17 that I bought when it hit that historic low last year, and I love it. I do a TON of road and path riding, and never even think about my saddle or what's touching it, which is a great testimonial.
Pro tip: keep a shower cap in your saddle/trunk bag for rainy weather.
Cambium is also still on sale for $59.50 (C17, carved), but I can't speak to that material. It is more weather proof, though.:

Did you get the $59 dollar price? I cant seem to get this
Unless I'm doing something wrong, or my Brooks is too vintage (bought in the late '70s), my butt must be an outlier. Maybe a thousand miles on it and no love. Nice and worn looking sitting on a shelf in the cellar.
I don't see how anyone wouldn't know if something is comfortable or not. Wouldn't it be obvious if you feel comfortable? Heavy? Unless you're racing, it's minimal and worth the pluses.
