I love the attention to details from Nike. But how does it do when going head to head with Adidas UltraBoost?
The 4% is a marathon running shoe that has helped, on average, most competitive runners to complete a marathon 4% faster (which is several minutes faster) than they would with any other shoe. It's meant for racing and racing only. The ultraboost is a lifestyle shoe you wear around town or the office or whatever, and usually not considered a good shoe for marathons.
Edit: I guess the UB are technically fine for running long distance too, but imo they are more for lounging around. Vaporfly's reportedly also wear out relatively quickly so they're reserved for race days.
This is a great deal that often sells out quickly. I was close to getting one till I told myself I am not competitive enough to do a sub-3 marathon to make a difference.
Ordered! I've been waiting for this deal. Next% is the one Kipchoge wore for 1:59:40 marathon this year. 4% is the previous version that Kipchoge wore for 2:01:39 2018 Berlin Marthon. His Next% is just around 6 min but It's whooping 14 min gain for slower runner like me. Thank you.
Have y'all tried the asics Metaspeed Sky? I see a bunch on eBay for $199. Very similar feel but a lot more stable then next%. Im breaking all my PR's in them

I think the next% are the ones for $250 typically, right? I'm uncertain what the typical price of the knit version are.
