Good steel, nice knife, great price. CCC says it's only been cheaper once by $.50 since 2009.

That's incorrect from ccc. I paid 44.99 in December of 2015

Confirmed, I also paid 44.99 then. It's been my edc knife for several years. It's a little big, but I have never had a single issue with it. The black anodizing on the handle is showing a little silver on the edges, but holding up well. Its been a solid knife for sure.

I paid $54 in 2014 with a $10 off deal so this is perfectly great

I had purchased this in 2018 and used as my EDC for several months before switching to the Kershaw Dividend in m390. A bit pricier, but worth it in my opinion. I like the geometry of the blade a bit more, the lighter weight, but most of all, the ability to flick it open with my index finger. the one downside is it's designed for slightly smaller hands (I'm a medium to a large), and the liner lock is difficult to disengage, near impossible with gloves on. here's a link for reference: https://www.bladehq.com/item--Ker...ing--76656

I got mine at $36.73 on December 15, 2014. It was a Kershaw promotion, plus lightning deal.

Can anyone recommend a good deep carry clip for this?

Great entry level blade especially for the price. I always buy this specific knife as a gift, albeit I've never paid more than $45, as the action, build quality, size, and control of the knife are all perfect for a new knife enthusiast.

Recommend.

Is this really speedsafe? Looking at the pictures on Amazon, I don't see the flipper on the back when closed?

Edit. : missed the thumbstuds, I vastly prefer the flipper
