Prize. The prize to be awarded is a recreational farm property located in Putnam County, Missouri that is approximately 60 acres, more or less and has an estimate fair market value of $100,000.00 ("Prize"). The Winner understands that the Prize will be awarded in an "as is" condition with no warranties, either express or implied. Winner agrees and understands that as a condition of winning the Prize, Winner will be responsible for certain taxes, including real estate taxes and/or gift taxes as a result of winning the Prize.

Taxes. Sponsor shall pay the real estate taxes on the Prize up until the date of the transfer of the Prize to the Winner which shall occur at a closing within 60 days of the Winner Announcement as defined below ("Closing Date") at Pike County Title Company located at 215 West Church St. Bowling Green, MO 63334.

Closing Costs. Sponsor shall provide a copy of a title report that it received from its purchase of the Prize to the Winner free of charge. Sponsor shall provide good and marketable title to the Prize at the Closing.
