The one with the flat lid is oven safe to a higher temp, although, I can't remember the last time I stuck a 12 qt stock pot in my oven. It also says it's induction compatible which may be handy.

Inflated prices from Macy's for the pots. I didn't check the rest of the stuff. Target has the rounded lid one for $27 plus 25% off which comes out to about same price here. Walmart has flat lid one for $32 normal price, other retailers have it for$40.

I still bought the pot with the flat lid because I was having shopping withdrawal.

Enamel on Steel is terrible if you have those newer post 2019 UL Regulated Electrical Range stove top. The newer one has those "Sensi-temp" heating coils, where a "Button" in the center of the burner element "senses" the temperature, and it will decide to "turn-off" if it thinks the pot is too high temperature...

Some people have complained about these type of stoves not working well with these type of pots.

Here is a screenshot of the page in the manual where it says they do not recommend the Enamel (painted) on Steel. I would suggest you avoid these if you have that specific type of electric range.

Don't get this line of Rachel Ray. Paint comes off easily, even when only hand washing, not machine washable, outside feels like a chalk board. Inside not that tough against scratches

Looks like Kohls has these same items on sale for the same price. Free shipping when you spend $50. I went that route as we don't have a Macy's here and they were out of one item in red. Found it at Kohl's still in stock w/free store pickup.

A lot of these original prices are really inflated. Be sure to shop around if you're interested in something.
