edit: Neither Woot or Denon have provided a concrete answer on this. I called Denon and the guy was totally clueless. I explained that Woot was partnered with Amazon and asked if that mattered and he said he hadn't heard of Woot and his only advice was "just make sure you buy from an authorized seller and it'll be fine." Thanks, guy.
On the Woot forum thread [woot.com] one of the Woot employees responded to a question about warranty saying "Hi guys. We've sold Denon multiple times in the past with no issues." So what exactly does that mean? I don't know. I already bought it but I'd just like to know in case I have an issue 2.5 years from now.
