Great deal, but I don't think Woot is an authorized dealer, which voids the warranty.

Description on woot says it has 3 year warranty and even links to the Denon warranty page. I'd call that very deceptive if the warranty isn't actually valid.

edit: Neither Woot or Denon have provided a concrete answer on this. I called Denon and the guy was totally clueless. I explained that Woot was partnered with Amazon and asked if that mattered and he said he hadn't heard of Woot and his only advice was "just make sure you buy from an authorized seller and it'll be fine." Thanks, guy.
On the Woot forum thread [woot.com] one of the Woot employees responded to a question about warranty saying "Hi guys. We've sold Denon multiple times in the past with no issues." So what exactly does that mean? I don't know. I already bought it but I'd just like to know in case I have an issue 2.5 years from now.

Very high quality unit as Denon still makes great products. Curious what vender is actually selling this as Amazon has several venders that are authorized dealers.

I have this AVR that replaced a 10 year old Marantz. I paid $520 for this a while back through the Frys deal. Definitely worth it at this price.

A fantastic receiver. Does 4k HDR 60Hz no problem with pass through, has analog pre outs, and Audissey XT32. I love mine.

Besides power per channel I don't see much difference between Yamaha TSR 7850 and this one. Yamaha was $279 last week on woot. Anyone else can highlight why this deserve a $200 price difference
